Don't you love getting covers? Getting covers ROCKS! Especially when they have an alligator on a pool floaty. Let's all take a minute to imagine the photo shoot, if you will...

Gove it!

Thanks Marley & Kelly - I'm definitely hoping it will attract attention. I guess that was the whole idea (grins).

Hi Ally! I can't believe you came out of hiding. I'm STILL waiting for the rest of Gin........you left me hanging. (grins)

I DO love covers! (well, now, anyway)

Thanks, Dana! I hope you're enjoying Kristin's blog. She's an absolutely fabulous agent. If you're in the market you couldn't do better.

How funny is it that the day I post a gator pic on my blog, I stumble across your and see this?

I guess that puts Rumble on my "must buy" list. :o)

Hi Kristen! Glad you stopped by and I certainly hope you pick up a copy of Rumble. Come visit again (especially if you read it - but only if you liked it). (grins)

Hey, Jana, yes, I've done my research and am currently trying to 'woo' Ms. Kristen, though I think chocolates and spa packages aren't going to cut it!

Thanks, Dana!!! Your first cover is such a nerve-wracking thing. Let's face it - you have no name recognition - not yet anyway. So this cover is my first level of advertising. If the colors didn't catch someone's eye they wouldn't even get close enough to see the alligator floating in the pool. And if the alligator doesn't make someone pick it up and read the back, well then they probably wouldn't have liked the book anyway.

I couldn't be happier with the job Dorchester has done.
